Sounds like a laughable situation once everyone & everything is ok! Apparently I did something similar, or at least was told that I did. I guess when the second bunch didn't go up and was buring my hand I dropped it and it shot under a toyhauler and some towards the fire. Thank goodness everybody & everthing was ok... well except for my badly burned hand, but that was my own fault! lol

Pour alcohol on burn. Blow on alcohol. Burn gets cold.

When I was a kid I actually fell into a fire (one hand in the fire the other hand reaching out for somebody to grab) and my dads buddy poured his beer on my burn. Then we filled the sink with ice and stuck my hand in there. But that night they put butter on my hand (didn't know back then that it was a bad thing)... hurt like a mother! No scars though... ahhh the good ol times!

It scared your brain if you remember it.
I used to have a jacket with grill marks across the front. I fell into a campfire with a grate on it. Adult beverages were abused.

What an awesome conversation starter that jacket was, I'm sure!

I watch CNN every morning. It seems like a day doesn't go by that AZ is not in the news. If it's not Sheriff Joe Arpaio, it's HB1070. Today, it was 1070, a saguaro cactus being mutilated and a 14 YO who shot a home intruder. Was it his gun or do they just leave them laying around the house? Last week, it was exploding flashlights. A couple of weeks ago it was a huge forest fire that was threating houses. It's almost embarrassing to say I live in AZ.

It may leave me out of the loop but it also leaves me out of the drama... we don't have TV. I do read some news on yahoo... most of which could hardly be called news worthy. lol

"Almost"?
I lived in California nearly all of my life. When we began full time we became Texas residents. Now, we have a stick house in Arizona. Seems like the only time I didn't feel self-conscious about where I lived was when using the Texas address.

"Almost" because I really don't give a hoot what people think and I can't change things.

Yes, it was dead for two days. I had to jump start it with an attempt to kill it.

That would be great! Can you send me some? They're only about $1500 a panel
