Now back to our regularly scheduled thread on the benefits of living in Arizona.
1. It a "dry" heat
2. You get to learn 2 languages, if you are old it may even be three as this was once Indian lands.
3. You are close to The Great Salt
4. Dunner lives there
5. There are Dunes for your sand rail use- snowmobiles not allowed
6. You are close to another country in case you feel like a quick vacation out of country.

Maybe Dunner should move to another state, say, Florida?

An oven is also a dry heat, but you won't see me sticking my head in one of those.

No thanks, I've been to Tampa once and Orlando once, both mid may and it was too hot then! Don't want to know what it feels like in the summer! It was like breathing through wet cotton balls!
