After reading your other thread, how did you have enough time left in the day from your adventures to even think of "Thread Killing"?

It probably involved an adult beverage or 3.

Go easy on her. I tick her off because I won't make all those U-Turns she wants, but over all she and her sister (in my truck) along with DW help keep me on the straight and narrow and let me know when to turn. (Yeah, I've wanted to chunk her out the window on occasion if the truth be know. Not as often as her cousin the cell phone.)

My vote is for the "or 3". Especially Bourbon Whiskey, brewed in America since 1619. Yes, in Virginia before the Pilgrims arrived in Massachusetts. The Southerner's got it right. (They had the first Thanksgiving also.) I know a lot of this generally useless information, but I general charge to tell it. This is a freebee. IRS is probably going to bitch about the lost revenue.

Yes.

Win what?

Only a few pages since i last checked in, not bad reading at all, tho dog's thread is funnier.

The chase weekend at chicagoland speedway was great. We had bacon 3 times, killed off 4 bottles of tequila, and lost one lady off the back of a pickup truck.
My margaritas were a big hit

Thanks Jim, but I gotta ask, After killing off 4 bottles of tequila, I'd have to question how you knew there actually was or wasn't a lady? LOL

I can kill this thread. Friday: DH has lung cancer surgery. Recovery doesn't go as planned, has to be entubated and couple other tubes down his throat and others coming and going multiple other places. Scar twice the size as originally anticipated surgeon. Was supposed to be moved out of Critical Care Unit on Saturday afternoon. Still here. May happen tomorrow. I would like to post a picture of his incision in the hopes of getting one young person to never start and the others that have started to quit. He had 6 weeks of radiation and chemo just to get him to the surgery.

Ok off my soap box now, and no, I do not have a clue about how hard they are to give up as I never started, but I am on the receiving end of the results of 55 years of smoking.

To kill this thread on an optimistic note, he does not plan to be a statistic and will beat this and live twice as long as expected.

Goodbye thread.

That will just keep this thread going on another off-topic subject. I smoke, and the way this country is going, don't really care if it kills me. My dad smoked and lived to 85. That's another 20 years for me.
