ROFLOL...that a great story and thought not as great as yours..heres mine.

My late wife had MS and was a quad and I had a hospital bed in the living room for her. She took a turn for the worse and I called an ambulance to take her to the hospital.
Two EMT's both ladies were having a hard time with her on a gurney getting her out of the house. I asked repeatedly to help them..but these two would have no part of having a guy help them and not only told me no thanks, but rolled there eyes as they said it.

I was holding the gate open and thinking H*** I was a medic in the service, I could have had her out of there ten minits ago. Finnaly as they were going thru the gate I felt the ground kind of sink a bit, I looked at my shoe as it sunk about two inchs in the soft ground, then put all my weight on that foot.

From here on things started to go pretty quick as (I have no clue why I did this) but kinda killing time holding that gate, put more weight on the foot, then my leg fell through and down to my hip, my knee down in the septic tank. Only thing that saved me is I held onto the gate

So there is one gal in the ambulance watching me fall, the wife is at a thirty degree angle faceing me with a good ring side seat,, as they were loading her in the ambulance, the gal with her back to me turns and yells "what hapened" My wife cracked up and told them, " I think my husband is having a real crappy day."

She was out of the hospital in a week or so, getting out of the car she askes...You filled in the pool,..honey didnt you always want one"

I can't stop eating Baby Back Bacon. 12 hours in a 1/2 can of Coke, a cup of Smokin' Stampede FumÍ(a gift from a Canadian friend), Kroger's Pork Rub Seasoning, a splash of honey, S&P, and a dash of my spice drawer; all topped of with a cup of creamy lime sherbet.

I've made ribs before, but these came out so good, I'm gonna freeze the drippings and use them again. There is no way I could duplicate the ingredients.

We had lightly fried bacon and mushrooms in tomato sauce with brown rice spaghetti. The sauce has to simmer for awhile on low. Yum.
We finally hit the road!! It's colder here in Oregon than it is at home.

It's mid winter, folks blood is cooler so they are sluggish right now. Could also be from way too many Bacon sandwiches causing higher cholesterol.

I just found a DNR in my files. We may be required by IRV2 law to pull the plug.

Just kidding

Sold my RV. Spare time is spent looking at all the crappy coaches people want way too much money for or non existent ones people want some money for. It's amazing how many scams are out there.

Why did you sell? What did I miss? Spend too much in Mexico or get caught trying to bring something back tax free and have lawyer fees?

No, I like the story and may use it.

This was our second RV. I thought it was going to be the one to keep for a while. But...as you use it, you discover things that you would like to change or be different. In our case, the slide that the bed was in was too small and felt claustrophobic. The rest of the coach was great. I did alright in the sale and can upgrade a bit.
