If I don't have a good motivating reason, it becomes really hard some days to leave the sleep to return to reality. Sleeping over 24 hours is not unheard of for me, though somewhat rare, usually occurs when I've got a cold.

I almost never sleep more than 6 hours a night, almost to the minute. I haven't used an alarm for almost 20 years. Funny, my Dad was the same way.

I wake up close to 5AM every day.
