They're apparently served roasted with old potatoes.
Now they have a real 'bite' to them...!

Threads are like -e-mails. You can't get any voice inflection so sometimes it seems harsh when it's not meant to be. Just use care in the wording, oh and lay off the exclamation points. Some folks take that as being yelled at. An example "You might not want to do that", or "Don't do that!!!" Which would you rather read?

That would be one extra-extra jumbo colossus prawn my friend. You would have to come to Texas for a prawn big enough for that job. Here it would be a medium sized prawn.

Hey are your eyes brown?

Up here in Prawn country we'd throw back anything that the piddly chunk of meat could wrap, as being too small to leave its parents. We consume only the medium and large prawns up this neck of the woods.

Did I tell yuh I caught a trout our last trip but had to throw it back, 'twas only three inches and substandard length. Youall measure between the eyes too don'tcha?

Nope.
Depending on the species - Texas fish are measured either between the snout or eyes for young 'uns up to 14" and mature fish are measured in feet across the back just before the tail.
