Everything tastes like rattlesnake if cooked properly. Sometimes smells like fish though.

Story related to me while at Phu Bai, Viet Nam, true or not , I do not know.

A young Lieutenant was sent as a liaison to a village to befriend the chief to help with U.S. relations.

Although the Lieutenant spoke minimal Vietnamese and the Chief spoke no English, they ate together and tried to communicate the best they could.

While eating, the Lieutenant saw chickens in the yard outside the hootch. He pointed at the food and the chickens and made "cluck cluck" noises to communicate to the chief of the village.

Initially confused but eventually catching on the chief pointed at the food and attempted to make noises that were interpreted as "bow wow or woof woof".

OK, we need a full statistical analysis of all irv2.com threads to see who amongst is really is a thread killer. Certainly there are some folks that would qualify. Somebody must have the chops and enough super computer connections to do the analysis. Let's settle this once and for all. Not that this thread hasn't been completely derailed at least 20 times. Or that it isn't almost as entertaining as the Walmart Parking thread. Just trying to pull it back on the tracks for an instant.

well buddy, I could easily claim the name of 'Thread Killer" very easily. I would simply have to post a Youtube Video of me drunkingly singing "I'm Getting Married in the Morning"

As bad as I can imagine that might be, I don't think that will do it.

I'm more afraid of the equal and opposite reaction pulling this thread back on the tracks will have than the Possum Sing Along. But it's close.

Do you think he may sound like the late famous George Jones Possum? I just can't wrap my head around him singing I'm getting married in the morning.
