I do understand, I really do.

No right answer to that one.

Whew. That was a close one. I could feel my already loose grip on reality slipping away.

That's it Possum!! No bacon for you for a full day! In Canada we have severe punishment for such infractions!!

So my pool is done for now so I thought I'd post some pics! And yes we eat bacon sandwiches by the pool. And yes I did all of the work! Saved a ton of cash doing it myself but now need another shoulder surgery. Good thing for that military health benefit otherwise I'd have to go to Canada.

I noticed the slipup in your post Ron, you forgot to include the directions, a mere oversight; right?

Seriously though, you did a really great job. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much!! The crystal clear water is courtesy of www.troublefreepool.com No pool store testing or buying what they recommend. I test PH and Chlorine every other day or so(should do it daily) and I vacuum about once a week when needed.
My test kit is drop based reagents not the strips that are far from accurate. My salt chlorine generator sanitizes the pool, I use muratic acid when the PH get above 7.8 (7.4 is my sweet spot) and make sure the stabilizer(cya-cyuranic acid) is kept around 60.

After our fourth of July party (over 80 people dropped the chlorine level and made it cloudy) I added 3 gallons of clorox bleach and it went right back to sparkly!!!!

So for all you pool owners reading this but are pool stored- go to the site I put above and read pool school. No more wasted cash on the pool, you get to spend it on the RV!

Possum no slip up.. We live just off I-70 as you roll through Junction City, Kansas. Let me know when your coming.
Ron
