I like bacon, tomato and a swiss slice or two on toast with plenty of Miracle Whip (I was raised on it). Lettuce is just for coloring; no nutritional value. I have a small planter in front that I can get fresh Roma `mators from.

Peppered bacon, 1/2 Acorn Squash with a little butter, shredded coconut & almond slivers with a touch pure maple syrup. That is a good breakfast that is even part of a nutritious Paleo diet.

Actually, I ripped the Roma plant out about an hour ago. The fruit would get the right size, but would never turn totally red. More or less splotchy orange. Musta been from the 115-18 heat. Beside that, I can't taste them anyhow.

Ya know, I never could figure out where the Roma plant came from. I didn't plant it this year. Maybe delayed or a bird dropping with a seed in it.
