I got a smart phone but I'm too dumb to use it for anything but a telephone.

Did you need to install the rotary dial app?

Hey Moebelly - that's not funny. I have that App on my semi-smart Phone for dummies and it works great. I just can't seem to get my finger in the holes. No comments please.

I have an old rotary style phone that came with the house we bought. Weighs about 8lbs. and has a sticker underneath saying its on lease from Western Electric Co.

Wonder if they want it back.

See even smart phones won't deter this thread. You can even string rope lights all over it and it still won't die.

In the park we are in a bunch of the neighbors have lighted up 7 ft decorative palm trees. They have rope lights all over and little yard art collections. Kool.

I have some books with similar stickers.... May send them in anonymously - or use slickest's pertinents. 5¢ a day - 25 years. No problem for a man of Dennis' means.

So, any new excitement on the front? I wandered off for a while to do the 14 hour shifts thing at work. Need to get my camper into storage and then run an ozone generator in it, got that musty potato smell going on somewhere, suspect the back jack area is leaking again.

The front is always exciting!!! The top, however, is, as usual, not so much

You haven't perhaps misplaced a used sock or two?

No, sadly, it's that tell tale smell that indicates water entry.
