I made a gizmo for stretching chain link fence tight.
I also know of some fishermen who have fish stretchers that they use explaining the length and girth of their fishing conquests.

I used plain old ingenuity and used a couple of snatch blocks, a length of rope and a 2 X 2 with hooks screwed into it. Worked well enough that the fence is still standing straight and tight after 11 years.
