You think you're old?
Here's MY first computer-
I invented it, in fact!
But then the U.S. Army took it away from me
They renamed it "Eniac", but I always called her "Mom"....

I guess that we're down to 5,so here goes
Ooppss,I guess that I missed a page or two.. That's the story of my life..I had a couple of those old computers also,so much fun to program a game from the magazine and not have it work and then have to go back thru it line by line, only to discover in the next months magazine that it was a printing error.
Grew up in Olympia,Wa in the fifties when Rand was installing the computers at McChord AFB for the early warning system.Heck, what was a computer anyway.Three floors and three computers,1 per floor. One working, one hot back-up and the third was repairing itself.

Depends on the context-
Slickest correctly interpreted your post, Freudian slip though it may have been...
There's no need to be ashamed that your secret is out!

I had my little Vic 20 up to 5 years ago when a few of my friends and I decided we were going to try and over clock the processor . It was huge in it's day ,
1 mhz . Well that didn't work out too good, smoaked the board and the little computer saw it's last day .Now it is in a land fill in Tallahassee.
It could have been the adult beverages also.

Back in `85, I put an add-on board on the Tandy that took it from 4 mhz to 6.5 mhz.

I've still got my Commodore C-64c, one 8 1/4" floppy drive and two 3.5" floppy drives.

Geez I didn't think you'd be that touchy about the Tandy! I didn't even shorten the name! As a matter of fact I did fail reading 101, maybe because I was reading between the lines.
