Nope. 2 couples committed but couldn't get financed. I need a buyer with jam cans full of cash buried in the back yard.
So...... I did what any red blooded Canadian would do. I raised my price in my ads and will use it for the summer. She's in the shop getting a few things done.
My wife is elated as she didn't want me to sell it in the first place.

Happy wife happy life...
Good call Les.
I think Cousin Eddy still has a few cans of money buried in his yard.

Here's the thought.....I don't really want to sell it but if someone wants it bad enough, it'll make it worth my while.
My wife will get what she wants by penalizing me with some outrageous purchase for something she wants like a hot tub or something. I've told her to turn the heat up on the pool but that hasn't cut it yet.
Not sure how I'm ahead.....

Les, there's a couple of free hot tubs available locally.
I'll loan you a flat deck trailer that we can load it on when you go back home from your visit.
Neat part is you get to do two visits because you will be compelled to bring it back.

A 10 horse Evenrude mounted in end of pool should stirr things up!
You can thank me later!

10 horse is too big. You have to license it. Then the feds will want to check out the pool because it is now navigable water. Then the environmentalists will want you to let it revert back to nature.
Better to get a 9.9.

Laws will get you every time. Can't even put a motor in your pool without someone wanting their input.

Well, I just spent about 2 hours with a pair of strippers , you know those things where you strip wires, cut wires and crimp wires, and I can tell you, I’m no lectrician. That thing had five tiny wires… It took me two hours to do what a good lectricion could have done in 15 minutes. Even a bad one would have done it in 30 minutes but I finally got my driver side mirror reinstalled…. and it works!!
Sorry to hear about you TOT’ers having a problem with hard water.
