I have been watching this thread for a long time and enjoying the sparring. Very entertaining and enjoyable.

About 72 is a normal rate.

In first aid they said it sounds more like lub a dub, (pause) lub a dub. . . . . . . .

Now I am going to go back to reading and enjoying the thread.
