50 years ago I wasn't thinking much at all. I certainly wasn't thinking about being 60 something years young.

Now I need to think about what to do with the next 50 years... only problem is, my money runs out a whole lot sooner than that.

Yup, we're actually called Conservatives though, not unlike your Republicans.

We are all a bit social, or we would be talking about killing something.... It is a thin thread we are leading toward a long death.... Oh, that is deep...

Why are the political groups called parties? Never see campfires, hot dogs, potato chips etc mentioned in the news. How can there be a party without that stuff?

Maybe that political party could be called the "Party Party". Then a rival political group would pop up calling itself the "Party Party Party". Booze, bikini, and toga sales would flourish. Some smaller political groups would feel the need for validation and enter the fray with "Naked Party", "Swinging Party", etc.

Use your imagination how the televised debates would go.

There could be the Party Harty Party and the Hardly Ever Party Party.... Oh we have that now, Liberal Party or the Conservative Party... We could start the Good Old Partiers Party, for people that used to belong to the Party Hardy Party, but now they Hardly Ever Party..

For now, I probably will join a local party. Sort of a grass roots effort out on the back lawn. Fireworks tonight, and we drag lawn chairs up on top of RVs to watch. I'll report back with details of who falls off an RV roof and joins the "Away Team".

Red face I feel better now

I use to feel weird when I would get excited in a dairy barn, I guess with the same sex legal marriage now if I married a Cow I would feel more comfortable.

I used to get excited, now I just wish I could... Go back to the dairy farm if that is what excites you...
