Unhappy The problem was the drought

On my trip I did go by the Snake River, But because of the drought, the water level was low and they would not give me a permit to be shot over a low flowing River.

So my plans are still in effect reservations made to go to Florida and take training for becoming a human cannon ball.

When being shot out of a cannon, or shot at, it's best to have a plan!

Not fair that they would not give you a permit. Your insurance would have been cheaper as you would not have had to get drowning life insurance.

However they may be reluctant to issue a permit for what the consequences of a "river rock ricochet" should you come up short on clearing the canyon.

Permit denial was more than likely due to environmental reasons. A flaming carcass could start a brush fire if it should fall short of the intended target area.

Silly reason. If you're going it fire someone out of a cannon over a gorge it's going to be a circus, and if it's a circus there's going to be elephants, and they can stamp out the flaming carcass with their big flat feet.

Well then denial of the permit makes perfect sense. With the water levels down and the fish habitat in jeapardy the last thing you would want is a bunch of elephants stomping out a flaming carcass.

Gordon, Gordon, Gordon. You're been spending too much time watching Terry build his trailer. If the Elephants have to stamp out the flaming carcass, the noise will sound like thunder, and where there's thunder, there's rain, so the gorge will fill back up and the fish will be saved.

I dont know Larry, it could be true.

However if it sounds like thunder it could sound like rain in which case we are just hearing things and nothing will happen or change in spite of all of the sound. Crap this is starting to sound like politics!

I can't believe you guys are thinking of having the elephants stomp out the fires... they would burn their toes.
It's much better to use the built in fire hose they have on their nose.

Ya'll need to give Giancarlo some respect... He could have the clowns point the canon at this thread and actually KILL IT!
