Yes! I got the cheese out. Mission accomplished!

The more things I repair around the house, the less my DW asks me to do. I must be doing something right...

After a few days (and DW mentioning it a few times) I decided that it was time to get the cheese out.

Removed two screws on each side panel and the two screws that held the oven door handle on and the glass pulled away enough for me to reach the cheese and wipe out a little dust. Reverse order to put it back together. Easier than I thought it would be… It was tempered glass… They apparently call it tempered glass because it is angry. If you tighten the handle screw just a little too much it will burst into about a ba-zillion pieces.

You probably don’t have to ask me how I know…

funny YOU MENTION CHEESE... We are going to buy raw Goat milk today and make home made cheese.

It is raining in California. Which is good, we need the rain. Halloween was nice and warm, then we got a cold snap ( A California cold snap ) 40 degrees nights, 65 Degrees days. Now we have rain. Yee Haa rain dance

How's the cheese making going? Did you find any raw goats to get milk from?
