Ha, that may be Kenny Rogers!

Know when to hold them
Know when to fold them
Know when to walk away
Know when to run!

Not bad - even if sung slightly off key. Passed the first round of "IRV Idol"!

It's nice to be gone but not forgotten...

Been on a mission for the last few weeks and its not over yet. Not much time for thread killin', but I have been doing quite a bit of 'no-see-um' killin' on the Gulf Coast.

I look forward to getting back to some serious thread killin' soon.

I dropped the mic. I guess you guys didn't hear it. Well that didn't work. Honestly i have done lots of reading here just no posting. When I found this thread I really started reading it post to post. Then as I read more and more i glanced down at the pages and said to myself "boy whoever runs this website has the settings wrong, it says that there are 979 pages to this.... oh s#$% there are 979 pages here!" I guess I am not the only person that enjoys abstract humor.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I did not realize this was my first post because my first was a "wanted" post that got kicked back. Which was funny because I saw other "wanted" posts by senior dogs that were allowed. So I figure I need 5 or 6 thousand more posts before I try that again. At this rate I will get that Alpine when I am 135 years old.

Well Park if I knew what a Alpine was I might be able to help you out. Reading the rules on the forum is always a good start to keep frustration down, don't ask me how I know!

Now about this abstract humor, please do point it out! For we are all serious thread killers here, a ruthless bunch, well except for The Girl and Navy and they are NNDGers (Nanny nanny do Gooders) and always stepping in to save this thread just at the last minute!

Now you've had two post making you a true thread killer veteran!

Oh..... He does get it.... 😜

I can just hear The Girl getting ready to type something... Then Navy will chime in... Bear will go over the mountain.... Gincarlo will join the circus so he can be shot out of the cannon... Gordon will grade us... Tim will discover Alpine...

Parker, you are right, or wrong, sometimes it depends on if the camels are one humped or two... If you keep it up at this rate, you will have a flame by your name within the next few years or so... See if you can take us over the 13,800 post mark...
