I loved that movie! Will Smith was funny but Jud Hirsch had the best line when he commented on the government got the money to fund the extraterrestrial research center by asking if they really thought the government actually paid $500 for a hammer?

That reminds me of the movie Dave when Charles Grodin's character had been asked to review the U.S budget and commented, "If this was my business, I would be out of business!"

Ok, this is a really long shot but ya think it might have been a (gasp!) typo?

Makes me think of the lame attempts people have come up with to ligitimize teh instead of admitting it's a typo of the.
