My problem is that my mind never shuts off. I'm always thinking of a solution. I have to force myself to not think.

TOUCHE'! I have that same problem! It's why I have a hard time sleeping, the ole gray cells won't stop lol

It's also why I have a bottle of Advil PM on my nightstand, to help.

Can't take those meds. They all have anti-histamines in them and make my RLS worse.

OMG if you mean restless leg syndrome, I hear ya. My ex had that, and yes they DID make it worse. We had many sleepless nights with his RLS. He finally found a med that helped, but can't remember it off the top of my head.

Ropinirole - 2mg - works for me, but it can be obtained in the mg that works.

Yep, that was the med. Your post just jogged my memory, brand name Requip. Not sure what mg's he took. But it was finally some relief for him. He still had some bad nights, but ambien and other drugs prescribed never did a thing.

Ropinirole works, but I have found that an adult beverage or 5 doesn't require Ropinirole.

Ambien worked when I was in the hospital. Don't know what mg they gave me, but it was first time I had it and the TV changed channels by itself. They didn't have to tell me it was bed time.

Oh carp, yeah, I said carp. I hate Sat morning TV. Even my old standby HLN only has Cluck Howard on and it's a re-run. He's saying I have to loan my kids a bunch of money to save money. Little late for that.

The worse thing about Easter is that the dune season is over and it's time so Summerize my MH.
