Beat me. Whip me. Hit me. Make me write bad checks!
I buy that pre-cooked bacon from Sam's. It can sit on top of the fridge for 6 months before eaten or frozen. Oh, wait, I do have some bacon... on top of the fridge!
I have been known to crisp it up in a frying pan and add a dash of maple surple.

Toast, bacon, home grown Roma matoes, swiss cheese and Miracle Whip.
Gonna have to wait. Got some fresh Pork Loin Center Cut chops in the ice box. Anybody got a good recipe for them?
