Do you have a bbq and some fresh pineapple handy?
If not, if they're thick sliced, head to the store, get some fresh ground sausage and some stuffing mix. Pulverize the stuff then blend with sausage, egg, a little coleman's mustard, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper. Use a good sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of each pork loin chop and stuff in the mix ya just made, then, cook using method of your choice .
If that's not up to snuff, get some good thick sliced peppercorn bacon and wrap the edge of each pork loin chop with a boundary of bacon before grilling or cooking if your favorite method (You'll need tooth picks to hold it in place till its done).

I'm not leaving home for supplies. I have some bacon that I can double up and sprinkle with pepper and other spices. Will that work?

Okay, I gotta ask...so what's the bacon wrap for? They do this on filet mignon a lot as well. I was never quite sure what the bacon is supposed to do? Is it for flavoring?

The bacon adds flavor to an otherwise boring filet mignon.

Dunner,
You seem braver than I.
Have you tried the bacon shake? Please say you have. A report, please.
