I like Carl's Jr., but we don't have them in Canada.

Back OT.
So this 67 foot long floating Japanese tsunami victim arrives on an Oregon beach. Did no one see this floating dock coming ashore? What if it was full of illegals? What if it was full of drugs? Why didn't they see this and sink it thousands of miles off shore? Inquiring mind(s) need to know.
(It's leg cramps from the lumbar epidural instead of insomnia or heart burn tonight)
