Time machine! Too bad I wasted the one trip on the quote!
Seriously I posted after he did so must be a glitch. (whew, that was a close one. Think they bought it Commander Cliff.) wait, is this still on?

No glitch except this darn site had the picture of the RV standing on its nose. Had to correct it. Delete and repost.

Sorry 4Knights.

Do I still get my share of the $1.93 lottery winnings?

I gotta ask you guys your opinion before I step into the next coach as something presented itself to me.

I just spotted a 2000 40PBD 2 slide Monaco Windsor. Better layout than the one I am almost buying. My only reservation is it has 132,000 miles on it. The unit is a one owner since new and he has meticulously looked after it. Has every service record and receipt. Looks mint. Asking low $40's. I'm in a quandary and find myself puzzled and perplexed on what to do.
What would you guys do? I have to travel across the country to look at either one.
The 2000 38PBS Windsor I am almost buying has some small things to fix but only has 68,000 miles, however, he is asking $9000 more than the above 40', has only owned it for a year and doesn't have any previous records to his purchase. He has replaced tires with brand new Michelins, wheel alignment, new muffler, new power awning.
I'm going to speak to the guy with the 40' this AM and get the full verbal lowdown.

What do you guys think? My concern is if I want to sell the 40' in a year or two, is the high mileage going to be an issue?

$9000. 00 difference, but has new tires, muffler aligned and new awning ( all totaling maybe $4000.00 - $5000.00 of new and repairs) and half the mileage. Let us know if the higher mileage coach has comparable repaired/replaced items. I think (IMO) weigh the new info from the higher mileage into the equation. I know the service records would be a nice plus, but a CarFax would let you know if anything major had happened to the low mileage unit. May want to ask what repairs have been done between 68000 and 132000 to see what may be lurking down the road. Let us know.

I know this doesn't help, but if it were me...I could not buy sight-unseen. I'd have to look at both of them before buying. Good luck with your choice.
