They always seem to me have a stickiness about them and a bit of fishy or nautical (lol) quality. The meat is a little sticky to the fingers or palate. In a blind taste test - I feel confident I could correctly identify - fried catfish - fried oysters - fried shrimp - fried okra - fried rattlesnake - chicken fried steak - chicken fried chicken - fried jalapeños - fried frog legs - fried mushrooms - fried cheese - fried corn - fried crab claws - fried soft shelled crabs - fried tofu - fried onion rings - fried tater tots - french fries - and pan fried Chinese dumplings. I will be available - retired and full timing by November 7th of this year. Any one wishing to prepare all of the above and put my extraordinary taste buds to the test may PM me here...

You can do that all in one sitting! Even if it is all wrapped in bacon?

Identifying involves a bite or two at the most. Once through the courses - and I have proven myself - we all dig in!!

Think of me like a kings taster...
