Dog,
If the cost of the truck and all the maintenance cost were a business expense, then from a cost basis, you would have a little more reason than most to make this change and greatly reduce your out of pocket expense.
Good luck to you, regardless of how you chose to travel the rainbow!

This thing is still alive? I thought all of the NNDG'ers would have migrated over to that Feel Good thread by now.

We've been having some technical issues. Technically the problem is people keep coming back!

I can go away again
Besides, I thought there were a bunch of stone cold killers that would take care of putting this thread out of its misery. I see I was mistaken.

Just tell us, while you were gone did you learn any new thread killing technics?
Where you been, what's you been doing, have you spent any money?

I was on another forum <gasp> killing threads left and right.
My tried and true techniques just don't work here.
I don't spend much money. My wife is a different story. I just hope she doesn't see anything that she likes at Hershey next month.

Good luck
Our last 5'er was really nice, fire place, island in kitchen with the slides out there was a lot of room, more than our now class A MH, but yes our Dog Cookie said she wanted a Motor Home. This way she is able to be with us and take a nap along the way in style. For us it is a good choice. Easy to set up, easy to park, , at this time we do not pull a toad, we rent a car where we stay as needed, but when the time comes my wife grows old enough to retire and we go full time we will need to tow a vehicle. I have been retired 10 years now and waiting for my young wife to catch up to me. But she is still young and loves her job.
Good luck in your selling of the MH and buying a 5'er. Some times it is not the money savings it is what you enjoy in life.

More cash in my jeans = more enjoyment in life!
I'll force myself to suffer through it in a brand new F350 Lariat and a well appointed 5er.
Now back to our regular program of killin this thread.

Yeah I know what you mean. I have a few years before I can legally take my gal across the state line.

My wife is 12 years younger than me.
It's never an issue till she says to someone "Do you know he was in Grade 12 when I was in Grade 1"?
I always have to say "I wasn't dating you then!"
