Astoria flluorescent light

My fluorescent lights covers are broken but having a hard time finding replacements. I don't even see a manufactures name or part number does anyone know where I can get replacements for a 2006 the Astoria. The plastic is 18.25 x 6 inches. Thanks!

I had to drop the light fixture from the ceiling (4 screws) to find the model number on the backside of the light. Once you have that number you can order the correct lens. Hope this helps
