Automatic Step Problem

My SCS/Frigette Coach Step on my Class A HR Admiral works but when step goes in or out, it will shake/vibrate 6 or 7 times before settling in place. Seems to be a communication problem. Has anyone experienced this type problem? It has done this for the past four years.

Mine did the same thing when it would extend and retract. Not really sure who made your coach step, but this may help:

Electric Step Problem

Post 27 shows the parts that I had to replace. The guys on the forum really helped me with this one.
