Hi

Currently use the rhino extreme sewer hose & fittings on our bounder but wondered has anyone used the "Barker Swing free" telescoping sewer hose system?

Looks a good idea in theory & sounds perfect whether permanently fixed or left as the portable version. Looking at modifying the sewer setup as wasn't all that great from the factory & this looks like a good addition to our setup once modified.

Why don't you check out the Sewer Solution from Camping World? It's simple, clean, easy to use and stow. Makes life a lot better!

Have seen the sewer solution looks a very good system too. Can you leave it connected all the time?

I leave it on all the time when we're staying for a while. One of the good things about it is that you can leave the gray water open all the time. Only close it when you flush the black. And it's as easy to stow as a water hose

If the Baker can be left on its perfect-if it sticks out too much its still perfect but only for seasonal use.

The barker can either be mounted permanently or taken on & off. Like all other sewer systems either left on or removable personal choice & ease of use.

Still trying to work out the best for our rig & setup, thanks for the suggestions.

The barker is solid PVC pipe sections that fit together and telescope in & out it , with a 360° revolving joint that allows left right ,up & down motion & extends so you can fold it up underneath the rig.

Having said that not alot of room underneath the titchy bay where sewer hook up is so will have to review all of the solutions some more.

With the space limitations in most rigs, I can't understand why someone would want such a large, complicated system. If you are going to be living in one spot for an extended period, it might be Ok.
Like I said before, check out the Sewer Solution. It's not as expensive, easy to use and more important, easier to store. And from what I've heard, it can pump up to 70 feet. You can purchase extra 10' hose sections if you need them. I get by just fine with a total length of 20'
I've had one for over 4 years now. Wouldn't leave home without it

After seeing the sewer solution before it definitely opened our eyes,certainly a good & easy to use system. Was just asking about any personal experience with the barker after seeing it for the first time.

With our bay & connections /sewer plumbing routing in need of modernization from the 80's cramped design just looking at all options & must say the sewer solution is way ahead!!

Just need to re route the solid piping & move a few other things too, plus renew the two blade valves aswell.

The bayonet attaching is the weak point as far as a permanent mount is concerned, eight feet total may be an issue for some also.

Doing it by gravity is by far the best way to get the job done.
