There aren't many motorhomes with a bath tub. I have seen them on some high end custom coaches. When you're paying those prices you can pretty much have what you want.

I have sen some small tub/showers in RVs oriented towards families with smaller children. But not something adult sized.

Do you mean the walk-in type tub with the door? I don't think you will find those in any RV. They would really use a LOT of water, plus you have to sit in them while they fill up and stay in until they completely drain so the "door" can be opened.

Unless you had hot water on demand I don't think its economical.

We had the 'small' tub/shower combo in a couple of our campers but they were only really for the kids.

I have come to use the term "RV" to mean any trailer or coach. Not my fault - it's because of the wording used by campgrounds during reservation transactions! We have a
PALOMINO SABRE SILHOUETTE 260BHS (5th wheel). It has a small bathtub with a seat. It was the biggest selling point for my wife, but I just use the shower. It does make for a fairly large space compared to some campers I have seen.

Kind of hard to get a hot bath with only a 6-10 gallon water heater

Think Portable! Simple and inexpensive, Buy a child's inflatable or plastic pool and set it outside on a tarp, rug or mat to protect the bottom from punctures. In the morning fill it 2/3 of the way with a hose and let the sun's rays take the chill off of it. Then Run a hose from the hot water tank or outdoor shower if you want it warmer [bubble bath soap optional]. With your swim suit on and Rubber Ducky, enjoy. After hook the hose to a lawn sprinkler or spray nozzle to rinse.
DH can scrub DW's back and after wash the dog too.
When bathing is over, then you can use the soapy pool to wash big items like throw rugs, mats, bicycles or use buckets to wash off your toad.

That will get you tossed from the CG/RV Park about as fast washing your RV.

My "not high end, not custom" coach came with what SMC called a "garden tub/shower".
We've only used the tub to carry supplies while traveling and to stand in when showering.

2005 Monaco Diplomat DST is what we have, I think it changed to DFT in 2007 which has a full wall slide out. My wife needed a tub, along with this model is a bath and a half, we love it. Monaco offered in in the HR, Beaver and Safari as well I think.

Hi brichardson,
Like post #3 by Dale Pruitt, Newmar will, most likely, customize a bath with a tub for you. If interested, determine which Brand of Newmar you are interested in. Visit a dealer or contact Newmar directly to determine which floor plans from that Brand they will customize with a tub.
