Looks like the tree was purposefully cut. Shouldn't be hard to figure out who was negligent on that one.

Nope, first picturc shows the base torn out of the ground. The cuts are tree being removed.

What a mess. Looks like the tree was cut during the cleanup, not the cause. Sad end for a nice coach.
