Best way to seal a Vogue 2 motor home roof

Hello Everyone, glad to be here.
Just bought my first motor home an 1986 Vogue 2 29'. I live in Cleveland Ohio and with Winter going to hit any time I need to seal this roof, windows and gunnel rails. I've started by stripping the old caulking and stuff. Will remove most non essentials like solar panel, antennas and cable anchors.
My question is what is the standard sealing method. I've heard using an elastometric sealer and brush on? Is this an acceptable method? I've found Proteshield and Anvil Roof-Tec sealants at local material suppliers. Do these products fall into the best way to seal a motor home roof? Thanks in advance. Philip

RV Armor does roofs and gives a warranty for life. They charge around $120 a foot, in length. Check em out

Dicor lap sealant (self-leveling on horizontal surfaces, non-self-leveling in vertical or contoured surfaces) is the most common sealant used for RVs with rubber roofs.

However, as UncleBilly says, there are companies like RV Armor that will do a permanent, spray-on roof coating. The spray-on coating is something like spray-on pickup truck bed liner except it's white. The spray-on coating is expensive, but it is maintenance free.

Paz, Is Dicor a liquid that is poured on then spread or can it be brushed on? I have a contoured roof. Would a repeated thin coat application yield the same result? Thanks for the help. Philip
