Bike Rack With Tow Bar

All of the bike racks I'm finding seem to fit into the receiver or mount on a car bumper. Does anyone know of a bolt on type that can fit on the tow bar shaft?

Blue Ox makes one that goes over the receiver.

It's pretty common to use a dual receiver adapter.

Bike Rack With Tow Bar

Yes, I saw those. I forgot to mention I've already got an drop down extension and the tow bar is already ridiculously far from the body. I need to avoid any further extension.
