Probably the check valve on the inlet.

What causes it is that the rinse sprayer gets clogged. The fix is to remove it and drill out the holes slightly bigger. There is a good discussion on this and the fix on Tiffinrvnetwork.com. gives you the method and size of the holes to drill.

What's the water pressure? There is a check valve on tank cleaner maybe not enough to open.

If the lights on your toilet are red, then yes it is possible you tank needs a good cleaning.

IF you can get access to your black tank for a good visual check to see where the tank sprayer is located. It is probably clogged as suggested which is common. However they often mount them on the far side of the tank for rinsing but not necessarily for cleaning the sensor areas. I installed a second one and use quick disconnects. The sensor area is sprayed thoroughly now and no more problems.

Thanks Pressure is 60 psi but im not sure how to access the black tank to clear the tank sprayer. I agree that it sounds like it is clogged. As fare as the electric toilet light is green but it dosent seem to completely empty

Sorry I didn't respond sooner, Randy. Once you get signed in, click on "view new posts" under Forum. In the upper right you will see "search". Click on that and type in +black+tank +won't rinse. That should bring up many posts on the problem. Look until you find one that talks about the size of the hole to drill. There are also files by Crusingator who has posted all kinds of upgrades/fixes. Those are found under Tiffinrvnetwork. Com/Crusingator. Lots of help on there.
