Black water holding tank

The cable actuated valve is not working. There are no kinks in the cable itself, but the handle that opens the drain is not coming out enough to allow black water to drain. When I looked underneath the trailer and had my husband pull the handle to open, nothing is happening. The cable is not moving where it enters the actuated valve. Any suggestions???

Black water holding tank

Pics, rig? Manufacturer of valve system? Did it work recently? Cable binding or broken?

Assuming there is a threaded end on the cable that mates with the end of the valve pull rod, it is possible for it to come completely undone so pulling the other end of the cable won't move the valve.
May work if you push it in and rotate clockwise a few turns.

Maybe.

I had a cable freeze up on my last 5er. I had to replace the cable.

New RV, old sewer hose

We just picked up our 2014 Prism 24G. Does anyone have any information on how in the heck the sewer hose fits in the small storage. Ideas welcome, Thanks!
