We have been researching motorhomes for the better part of 6 months. We have been on several websites gathering information. I have been able to download brochures and user manuals for a couple of brands that we had interest in possibly purchasing. But, we couldn't find anything on the Entegra Anthem. They don't have an Archive section like some other brands.
So I decided to contact Entegra thru their website. I mentioned that I was doing research and wondered if the user manuals for 2013/2014 Entegra Anthem were available. Or could they point me in the right direction on the net. I also mentioned in my email that one name that was always mentioned as an amazing person to deal with when it came to Entegra Customer Service was "Joyce Skinner" and that is one of the reasons for taking a closer look at Entegra.
It wasn't 20 minutes later my phone rings it was Joyce Skinner. The sales department had forwarded my email to her. She was calling from the FMCA rally in Pomona, CA. She mentioned that when she returns to the office on Monday she will send me the information. We then had a very nice conversation about Entegra Customer Service, the Entegra Family and the Entegra Product. She then invited us for a plant tour so that all of my questions can be answered.
Just amazing!!!!!

Yep, we researched long and hard before deciding on the coach in our signature. Entegra's reputation for customer service sealed the deal for us. If you decide on Entegra, expect another call from Joyce welcoming you to the family.
