Body shop in south east Florida

We had an unfortunate accident this past weekend that will require some body work. While making a U turn in a grass parking lot we hit a grassed over sink hole that was 3ft round and 3ft deep. You could see where everyone had been making the U so we had no concerns and then crack, bang, boom. Basically it cracked the lower front bumper and fender trim. We just got back from our 3200 mile trip with no damage or problems, we make a U turn in a parking lot and

Insurance company said to get an estimate and they will cover the bill but where do you take a coach for body work?

Thanks in advance

Curiosity, who's insurance is doing the repairs'? Yours or the owner of the parking lot for not marking/identifying the obvious hazard?
Ask the insurance company to refer you to a RV repair/collision repair facility - or - contact Thor in Indiana and as if they have any Thor Dealers in your area that can do the repairs. If either does less than satisfactory job, you have someone to go back to to address the situation.

Grass parking lots scare me for the exact reason that you experienced. So sorry to hear about your misfortune! I would also contact Thor to see if they have a recommended shop. Not every body shop can handle rv repairs or proper paint matching. If Thor has no suggestions and the ins co has none then the calling begins. Just don't settle on one without seeing their facilities and an example of their work. You may have to expand the area to find a good body shop. Good luck to you!
