Thumbs up Brazel's RV

I have always supported the little businesses in the small towns where we stay, as well as supporting the sponsors of iRV2.com.
We had to have a special lift installed on our Pacer, so Rita could get aboard, she hasn’t been able, since she fell out of the rig.
So off to see Brazel’s RV in Centrailia, WA we went. 200 mile round trip and one night in a musty motel. (Stunk bad)
If I was ask if I would recommend Brazel’s I would answer a rousing YES. Normally when I have dealt with mechanics, I come away feeling like I had been screwed.
It took Jon Brazel and his crew, 7 hours because none of them had ever seen anything like the Lift, and I had not made myself clear about what I expected in the final job.
The lift was designed for a trailer, and I ask to have it installed on a Class A.
Patience was the key word, they all had more than me, I showed up mid installation and changed everything, not their fault, it was mine.
Anyway 7 hours later the lift was in, with a couple of modifications, and they found that the heat shield had come loose , so that was fixed too.
Like I said, they are a great bunch, Support your iRV2 sponsors.

It would be interesting, and useful, if you could post some photos of the installation. In our demographic there are more of us every day that could use something similar.

I don't believe you can go wrong if you have Brazel's work on your RV. They have worked on my previous two RV's and I was completely satisfied. Good people in the office and on the shop floor. They let me in the shop when they were doing the work and explained what they were doing, why, etc. Since I do most of my RV work myself it was a pleasure to know they are upfront and honest.

They have a state of the art laser alignment setup and a chassis dyno big enough for most DP's too.

Glad to hear you've found a way to enable Rita to continue the life-style. I've heard good things about Brazel's many times. It's a shame they're so far away from Anancortes.

DW is going to see an orthpedic surgeon today about her damaged right shoulder. It's a first visit, so it might be a while before we find out what the overall program will be. I anticipate that whatever it is will put a dent in our RV plans for the season, and I've just about abandoned hope of making the get-together.

I'll keep in touch.

Great post. Thanks for the information. If we're ever in that area and need some attention I for sure will contact them.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Here is a generic picture of the lift that we installed on Larry & Rita's coach...unfortunately we did not take any photos of it installed on his coach, maybe he can get some and post them up!
