Broken Driver's Window Latch

Let me start by saying this, I new to this site and I am not quite sure as to where to post this. I have an 02 Endeavor but my problem is with a sliding window and they are in all RV's.

The latch that locks the sliding pane of my driver’s window has broken. I have made a few phone calls to local RV dealers in an attempt to get some idea as to what is needed to make the repairs. Everyone seems to be somewhat dumb founded with the situation. All have said they would make some calls and get back to me. The problem with that is – no one calls back.
I have been RVing for a long time and this is a first for me. Can the latch on the window be replaced or does the window require replacing? Has this happen to anyone else? If so, how did you resolve the problem?

Jim,
Welcome to IRV2.
The little twisty latches that hold our sliding, are, as far as I have noticed, pop riveted to the widow frame?
I'd call a company who manufactures RV windows, such as Atwood, and ask them for guidance.
