Cab AC no power to on switch

Need some help, my buddy has a 2009 American 45ft couch and the push button on off for the cab AC is not powered no LED coming on nor is the compressor clutch getting power. The relays and fuses in the compartment in front of front wheel drivers side has no identification schedule. Would anyone happen to have an idea what could be wrong. Took dash cover off to check connections and the cab ac and heat control is in a sealed box..or so it seams
