Camco thanks

As many RV people know today it is hard to get quality products and service is even worse.
Well today Camco has uprooted my belief in service and product support.
We purchased a new sewer line 5 weeks ago and today we discovered a new leak in one line. Called Camco expecting the usual run around you get, but instead when they found out how far out we are in the desert from any walmart they are shipping me a new line instead.
From now on I will try only to buy Camco and tell everybody else how great they treated me.

Always glad to hear positive comments on our suppliers! Lord knows they get enough negative ones!

That is great, sometimes our best experience with companies is when dealing with something that is defective. I had a great experience with Sturgis propane involving one of their QD Strugis-Stays (extend-a-stay clone) that came in with leaks due to no sealant being used on the threads in assembly. I contacted their support email, explained the problem and they sent me a replacement fitting assembly next day air.

That is customer service. Others could learn from this.

Camco

Years ago I bought some awning straps to keep my awning from billowing out on the road. I bought them from RV Inovations and they had a lifetime warranty. I needed a part a few years later, called and they sent the part. Great service.
Recently I needed another part for the awning strap and found out the had been sold to Camco. Called Camco, described the part I needed and told them I had bought the kit with a lifetime warranty from RVI.
No problem had the part I needed in 3 days from Camco.
Great service and nice people to talk to. Will try them first when I need anything for the RV.
