What is the location of that Camping World? Someone may have successfully resolved problems with them and may have a suggestion that could help you. It's also one I might avoid it I knew where it is located.

The problem with judging Camping World is that there are so many of them. In my opinion, a rv dealer/shop is only as good as the employees. For a single business, it is either good or not good. With Camping World, some are really good and some are not so good, all depending on the employees at that particular CW. A CW that has good mechanics and good management will get good reviews. So I think we should judge each CW on it's own. We need to resist the temptation to indict ALL Camping Worlds every time we come across a bad one.

Fair enough I have been to camping world store/service dept in Tallahassee Fl,Tampa Fl,Lake city Fl, Dothan Al. Dothan is slightly better than the others but I will return to non of the above. My wife would not even let me step foot in the camping world display at the Tampa show

Thru Thor's or Dutchman warranty department have you talked to them? See where they are as far as CW requesting approval to do the work or order parts. You should have a case number. Fact, you better have a case number.

At one time the Coleman's, Aerolite's and Kodiak's (all a division of Dutchman) were all made on the same assembly line, but about 2 years ago there was a management and business change, so not sure how the 3 are divided.

I guess I'm just lucky. Both tt's (both Aerolite's) had the normal fixes and took under 3 weeks. I always started at the Dutchman warranty department first, I called and asked since none of the repairs were major, could I bring it in the fall, and 3rd I always typed out in great detail what needed to be fixed and gave that to the service writer.

The water leaks you mentioned are going to be harder to explain, unless you know where they are coming from.

There is a specific Forum set up for CW issues in the Camping World Forums.

CW people read and respond to try and settle problems.

Well, they can sure use some help or motivation here to get the job done, or should we say "finished". If CW was smart they should do a IRV2 search here and try to address issues. Most seem to be dealing with repairs under warranty.

CW Lakewood NJ, 4 yrs ago, horrible..for example, very noisy exhaust fan in bath. I askled service " Please check this, if it is warranty, I will pay for an upgrade, if not warranty, give me a price to r and r it" Was told that if they looked at it snd it was not warranty they would have to charge me a one hour min charge..This is a fan in palin view! Not a buried part...never went back and bought my next trl from another dealer..BUT CW in El Paso was awesome when I had a problem,

All I'm saying is that they do monitor their OWN Forums and have CW people setup to respond.

Not sure why any company would have a certain number of employees surfing the Internet looking for people with an issue. Customers with a CW problem, if they really want help, can contact them on their Forums.
