Camping World seems to have a spotty track record. I have used one with good results.

It can be hit or miss with CW.

We have only gone to one CW (Rogers Minn.) and have not encountered any problems. I ordered the wrong size awing and they re-ordered it and had it in a week and they installed. Love them I can open and close them manually by hanging out the MH window

BBB - file a complaint. May get some attention, may not.

Camping world had ours longer than that, I started calling them daily, then when they quit taking calls, I started driving the 35 miles to talk to them. They freaked out and told me to call the factory. Factory took it back to Indiana to work on, told me I could take it to any other dealer in out area if we have more problems.
Camping World takes the warranty ones back out to the parking area so they can do services that pay cash, like oil changes, installs of bought items, etc. I said the only way I will ever return there for something it will be while I wait for it.

Were your issues major? After we bought our tt in early 2012 we had 5-6 issues that didn't keep us from using it all summer. I asked the dealer when was a slow time to bring it in. We finished the season Thanksgiving weekend and dropped it off Dec 1st of that year (2012). It helped that I went thru the factory warranty department. Took pictures of the items that needed fixing. This way I already had a case #. It took 3 weeks...Another dealer I could have taken it too, says they shut down their service department from Oct 15th to Jan...

Issues fixed
~Shower pan need replacing because of dis-colorization

~Two drawer slides needed to be replaced, would not close all the way.

~One screen window the clips were bad

~adjust some cabinet doors

~ relocate water pump so it can be winterized (there was no access to get to it)

~leaky showerhead (factory sent that directly to me right away)

~

We have taken pictures and made a list that we went over with the service tech and left them a copy.
Its always the same excuse waiting on parts.
Issues are:
Pass thru door leaking
Slid out leaking
High spot in kitchen floor
Valance not level
Entry door lock broken

Send him an email. I would suggest that you do not rant, but instead, thoroughly describe your problem and ask for help. Provide the location and names of those you have talked to at the service department.

We have been very patient and have provided details in every way.
Just tired of the lack of help and them always blaming the manufacture for the things that they have messed up
