If we are rating CW's then I would encourage all of you to NEVER have your RV serviced at the one in Syracuse. They have done more damage to our Palazzo in this past year WHILE trying to fix all the bugs that came with it... Just sent them a "Dear Mr. GM and MS. Service Mgr" letter. Goes like this... "we are going to sit down with you and discuss how you are going to remedy our situation OR we will see you in court". Suddenly, they are "very sorry" and are willing to send our Palazzo back to Thor to have things fixed. Or should I say fixed AGAIN because the technicians messed it up so badly the first, second and third time!! We were just in Mississippi earlier this week and noticed some exterior lights weren't working. Stopped at a small service / sales independent place and within two hours they had diagnosed, found the lights (at another mom and pop place) and replaced them for us. That would have taken CW three weeks - 1 to diagnose, 1 to get Thor to approve the warranty work and 1 to complete the work. And to think we purchased an extended warranty from Good Sam... what fools.

Oh yea - I sent the same email to Marcus. Haven't heard boo from him. So I friended him on FB and sent him a private message... LOL Wish he paid as much attention to CW / GS as he does to all those other new start-ups. Just saying.

Look carefully at your extended warranty; you may be able to get a refund for the "unused" portion if you desire.

We did get a refund on our EW thru GS. They charged a cancellation fee but it was worth the money! I know others here have had good results but most folks have mirrored your experience. Not trying to paint with a broad brush just a fact!
