This line of thought is similar to that employed by the US auto industry in the late 70s and early 80s, when myopic cost accountants lobbied that it was cheaper to pay for warranty repairs than to pay for quality control in the first place. The result of this policy was the decimation of the US auto industry and a huge surge in the sale of Japanese cars. It took Detroit 15-20 years minimum to start to recover from this foolishness.

Which may very well pay off in the RV industry as we don't have any real foreign competition to deal with. At least in the non-DP market, which is probably most of the RV market... The largest RV manufacturer (Thor) has 1-year warranties on their products and getting warranty service can easily take 30-90 days.... That's probably going to work out to be profit positive..

I'm not a dis liker nor a liker. However the Statesville NC CW has given me good service. With that being said, on a normal basis I take my coach to my incredible guy in Taylorsville NC. I would go to the CW if I were desperate. The company is just too big and being a service provider with today's lazy work force, this is what you get. Thank a lib. Oops I hate it when that comes out.

I hear you; When a dumb salesperson asks me, I ask them how they renew a lifetime membership??? My info is right there on the screen in front of them, yet they ask. Programming I guess.

Thank a lib... REALLY?
How many CW franchises do you suppose are owned by Libs?
How many of their so called 'Lazy' employees down in good old NC would you think are 'Libs'?
And where exactly does this fit into your thought process?

Just curious.

Haters got to hate. Don't expect logic, facts, or sense to intrude.
