I took your advice and did my own reading, and don’t understand how you got to your numbers.

Leveraging 450:1 is... mmmm.... rather high.
Currently CWH has on the actual books $3,662M in assets, and $3,655 in liabilities. 55% of the liabilities are in flooring costs, which is <30days or less. The only alarming thing is their low $70M cash reserve fund. Probably not enough for when the economy turns south.

I’m not a fan of CW, that said I’m less of a fan of FUD, and misinforming people.

I'm hearing that anyone who has an ESP warranty with CW should Immediately cancel it, or risk losing your entire investment if they go out of business.

Check out The RV Show USA on YouTube for exact ways to get your money back if you feel the risk is too great to continue.

Must do before they file bankrupt. Many other don't do's and DO NOW in his video recently posted.
That is entirely untrue. Camping World is a retailer who sells a specific Extended Service Contract bundled with an RV sales contract, they do not own or control the guarantor company.
Fearmongers have been saying CW is in trouble for the last 12+ years that I can remember.

CW service contract is not through a CW company. They take their split and purchase with another company. Granted, they are over priced and a hard sell by the finance guy, but everyone can say "NO".
Not all CW installations are bad, actually I use a very good one for sales and service. One day CW may go under, but before that day comes many others will go before them. CW sells more than 20% of all RVs sold in the US.
