Kudos to the Camping World staff at Lubbock Tx. We had the fresh water pump quit working and stopped in the Lubbock Camping World at 2 pm. Fri. afternoon. They called Winnebago and got an ok to replace it with a different model than factory because its all they had in stock. By 4:30 pm the pump was replaced under warranty and we were on our way. They went out of the way to make sure we could continue on our way without taking the whole weekend or more for repairs

While I know there is a lot of discontent with CW, they have always treated me fairly.

Last summer, on our way back from Yellowstone, we stopped in Lubbock to visit family. While there we took the opportunity to visit the CW store there. Had never been to one.

We were expecting to be treated poorly, ignored and everything short of being spat on, based on what we have read here and elsewhere.

Turned out nothing of the sort! Asked for and got free advice on some accessories we were thinking of adding, bought a few items and were quite pleased with the experience. Will go again!
