I can't supply you with a factual synopsis of service. However, if it's related in any way to their sales area and management which DW and I experienced three years ago I'd rather throw money into a wishing well! Forewarned is forearmed. JMO.

Camping Connections is in Myrtle Beach. I had them do work for me there and in Fl. This was a few years ago but they were a class act then.

From my experience CW on 301 was a lot more helpful than the 544 store. I've seen a lot of camper connection service trucks in ocean lakes. It really depends on what you need repaired.

Stay away from CW.

Use Camping Connections. They are very good -- as good as Tom Johnson in Marion NC and that is the best recommendation I can give!

Good Luck!

Tom Johnson is the best RV dealer in the USA. They are in Marion and Charlotte NC.

I would check with the manufacturer, as well as the folks you plan to have the work done by.

Insurance job went way wrong.

If they sucked any harder they would be competition for the Dyson vacuum. This is first hand experience with the TT I used to own. The work was very shoddy and when I pointed out mistakes they tried to say that's the way it's suppose to be. Oh, and it took them two months and they told me it was ready several times only to have me drive and hour and a half one way to get there and it was not ready. Three wasted trips; nine hours lost time plus fuel. Liars and incompetent. This was the service center on 544.

544 is where I got the RV but they are having 501 do warranty issues and the few little cosmetic paint chips & scratches. Their rep isn't very good.
