Thanks for the link. I was wondering about the specifics of their disagreements.

The hyperlink didn't work for me. I had to cut n paste. Had to chuckle when Lemonis said he wasn't "going to mess around with these turkeys anymore." Another one for the lawyers to figure out i guess.

This article in RV Business gives a somewhat different perspective.

http://www.rvbusiness.com/2012/06/ca...th-lazydays-2/

My understanding of the long term agreement is basically that CW won't sell Rvs and LD won't sell aftermarket parts and accessories. LD has always sold and installed service parts, but that distinction has become blurred over the last dozen years. For example, many RVs now come with awnings on patio, windows and doors, rooftop vent fans & covers, air conditioners, etc. whereas those used to be pretty much an aftermarket thing. Plus, remodeling RVs has become big business and that falls somewhere between repair service and aftermarket.

It makes for interesting times...

I'm thinking that the competition would be a good thing. Then I'm thinking that I wouldn't be inclined to make that kind of purchase from CW. Both of my MH's were purchased from LD and both were great experiences. Price and service.

Got that right!

Funny though I was at CW and needed a 12Volt miniature bulb but they didn't carry it. So I walked down the driveway to LD and that's where I purchased it. They should just try and get along and help each other.

To carry the idea further, how can Camping World claim to be a top selling enity?
