You'd think for what it would cost to fly a tech out with parts and find tools that they could probably have the unit picked up and shipped back to Indiana for repair...

In terms of an attorney - document everything. I'd just seek out a general "lemon" attorney, I dont think you'll find an RV specialist.

Trying to see if I can find this in an ACTUAL state issued statute - the page I got this from makes appear that it IS from the statute word for word, but I would like to fully verify that myself.
I am sorry but that info isn't true. Motorhomes are not left out of the lemon law. There are manufacturers laws that cover all manufacturered products. A lawsuit doesn't have to fall under the lemon law, there are other things a lawyer can do. Your best bet is find a lawyer in your area that specializes in RV cases.
Just make sure you talk to the lawyer first and let him/her handle the rest. Don't try to bluff your way through with the manufacturer. Once you mention the word "lawyer" they no longer have to talk to you. So at that point you have no choice but to find one.
Do plenty of research. Call as many of the lawyers in your area and ask them if they do RV cases.
Good Luck!

No local dealers are willing to work with them in this. Not sure what their plan B will be. I have been in touch with their executive leadership team.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised by anything in today's business climate but an Authorized Dealer refusing to work with the Manufacturer on a claim was grounds for the Dealer Agreement to be immediately terminated... at least back in the day. Good luck as you move forward with this and hopefully there will be an amicable resolution for you.
